Acceptance of Terms By using the Aussie Money Xchange website, app, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Aussie Money Xchange provides foreign currency exchange services including online ordering, in-store exchange, currency buyback, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service at any time.

Orders & Rates Exchange rates shown on our platform are indicative and subject to change. A rate is only confirmed and locked when an order is placed and confirmed. Confirmed rates are guaranteed for 24 hours subject to receipt of payment.

Payment Payment is accepted via bank transfer (EFT) only. Orders must be paid within 24 hours of placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment references or banking delays beyond our control.

Cancellations & Refunds Orders cancelled before payment processing may be cancelled without penalty. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction. We are not liable for losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations, delivery delays caused by third parties, or errors in information provided by the customer.
